Content Management Guidelines  – the 5 DON’TS OF MAXWHERE

MaxWhere is constantly working on a mind-blowing and memorable VR atmosphere that offers you limitless features, great opportunities, and a user framework that can be integrated easily into everyday life. No matter what user role you have, in return for the unique MaxWhere experience and services we kindly ask you to respect all other users and general rules on content sharing and data protection.

Please be aware that when you agreed to our Terms of Service you agreed that you are responsible for any and all conduct and content under your account, including all spaces and installations, you are affiliated with.

1. Don't use MaxWhere for anything illegal. Do not promote illegal activities.

1.1. MaxWhere is for collaboration, discussion, and info sharing, but as in real life, the content matters.

1.2. MaxWhere monitors the content management activity of its contractors and expects all its users (especially MaxWhere Space Owners) to do the same.

1.3. If you need help with how to monitor MaxWhere contents, please contact us.

1.4. Should you have any hesitation about whether the content is forbidden or not, please contact us. 

2. Don't violate MaxWhere's users' rights. Don't annoy others. Respect IP rights.

2.1. Limitless features do not mean that you are supposed to invade others’ privacy, on the contrary, you don’t have a right to offend or violate any persons’ personal or other rights.

2.2. Please do not spam.

2.3. Mind your language and be extremely careful with personal information.  

2.4. Pay particular attention to the protection of minors.

2.5. Don’t upload any content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, or proprietary rights of another party.

2.6. Don’t pretend to be someone you are not.  

3. Don't exceed the scoope of your authorized use.

3.1. Don’t try to access or use features that you don’t have a right to use. If the Space Owner hasn’t given you permission to check or use a feature please respect it.

4. Don't upload objectionable content.

4.1. Don’t upload or display content that contains nudity, sexually graphic material, or threatening, obscene, invasive, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable elements.

5. Don't use your employers' email domain for your individual account.

5.1. It is not a good idea to register an individual account with an email address that you may lose control of.

MaxWhere hopes that all users will comply with these Guidelines and expects that every single user comprehends their importance.
